When I first joined this practice ten years ago, I was drawn to its clear commitment to patient outcomes over profit margins. I have seen many clinics struggle with increased operating costs in the face of flat or declining insurance reimbursement and it can be easy to allow business pressures to start shaping clinical decisions. That has never been the culture here. From the beginning, it was evident that patient care, ethical practice, and long-term results were the priority.
