Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or pending completion
- Eligible for or currently holding a California Physical Therapy License
- Strong interest in manual therapy and evidence-based clinical reasoning
- Passion for outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation
- Eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Manage a primarily orthopedic patient population including post-surgical, trauma, and sports injury cases
- Provide hands-on manual therapy and evidence-based rehabilitation techniques
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and long-term wellness
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the clinical team
- Participate in mentorship, case discussions, and continued clinical learning
- Opportunities to treat neurological, vestibular, fall prevention, and pelvic floor patients
Skills
- Strong interest in manual therapy techniques
- Familiarity with the Maitland (Australian) Approach, McKenzie Method, and PNF preferred
- Excellent patient communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Motivation to continue learning and developing advanced clinical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a mentorship-focused clinical environment
Compensation
Salary range: $90,000 – $110,000 DOE, with performance and loyalty bonuses available.
